The residence: the Best Residence has a total capacity for 22 lodgers in single and double rooms. It was built in 1997 and is a 6-storey building with lift and sound-proof windows. It is a 10 minutes’ walk from the school along the beach promenade. Each room has a full private bathroom, a safety deposit box, a TV set with several channels in Spanish and other languages (satellite connexion) and free WiFi internet access. The residence also offers common premises equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, water-boiler, coffee-maker, dishes and cutlery for small meals only available for all residents. No cooking plates are available.

The residence is specially prepared for handicapped persons in wheelchairs so they can go from the residence to the beach and school without any impediments.
